I.B.S, Bloating, Diarrhoea, Constipation

Our personalised bespoke nutritional packages can offer you insight into why you may be suffering from a malfunctioning gastrointestinal system. It may be that have contracted a parasite; you may be suffering from a food intolerance; the levels of good bacteria are sub optimal or you are deficient in supportive vitamins and minerals. By identifying where the problem lies through symptom analysis and laboratory testing we can then support you with the right dietary and supplement plan and work towards a healthy outcome together.

Food Intolerance Testing

If you suffer with bloating, catarrh, blemish outbreaks or abdominal discomfort this could be a sign of you suffering from an intolerance to a certain food. Our Food Intolerance tests offer an easy way to check the foods that may be causing you problems. We can look at panels from 40 foods up to 200 foods. It is a simple blood prick test which can be done at home or in clinic.

Stressed & Wired & Tired all the Time?

A stressful lifestyle may cause an imbalance of hormones which may leave you fatigued, tired, moody & reaching for sugary foods. It can even affect your motivation and even your fertility. We offer a simple saliva test which can detect whether your hormones are imbalanced, this helps us to accurately make appropriate recommendations for changes to your diet & lifestyle. We often see that it’s the simple changes that have a dramatic effect.

Are you an Emotional Eater? Suffer cravings?

Eating is emotional. It can comfort us, make us happier (initially) and settles us when we feel out of sorts. We can assess your diet and identify what triggers your cravings and offer you a simple plan to help you knock those cravings on the head.

The Basis of Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care.

As Nutritional therapy practitioners, we use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows us to work with you to address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health.

As everyone is an individual, we offer personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional. We are happy to also work alongside your GP and will communicate with any other healthcare professionals involved in your care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.

We also work in tandem with our Life Practice Life Coaches, Hypnotherapists and NLP Practitioners to offer multi-faceted health programmes.
